Can I choose what products are stocked?
We use our own logistics and aim for a same day or 24 hour turnaround on deliveries if ordered prior to cut-off of 11am
Do you dispatch nationally?
We certainly do, using one of our favoured delivery partners – we’ll choose the best method.

Shipping is free for orders over $700.

What happens if a product is suddenly out of stock after I’ve ordered it?
Sometimes, this can happen due to demand and the inability to keep track of stock across our entire retail network, as Vending is its own separate focus. In this situation we will aim to either replace or refund.
What if no one is at the club to receive?
We will endeavour to ask you where a safe drop point is, or we will leave it securely behind the main counter and out of sight. We ask that you decide on your drop point carefully, as we do not carry any liability for stolen packages, in the very rare event that may happen.
