Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose what products are stocked?
Yes! You can make suggestions as to what you wish to see stocked, or a rough guideline for us to follow. We’ll fill the rest and make it work.
How are restocks organised? Do I have to organise these myself?
Stock levels are viewed remotely. Each evening, a set of alerts are triggered at 65% or 8 Vend outs. Once we receive that alert, a run is scheduled for the day after. You’ll never need to call, but are welcome to.
How often will you service my machine?
Each machine is given a fill, clean and check on every visit. We make sure the interior and exterior are clean, as well as vents and grills.
What if something goes wrong?
If at any time there is an issue with a transaction, a product dispensing, or the machine out of order, both staff & members can contact us via our 24/7 Helpdesk. Here, we can resolve 99% of issues.
If a unit requires physical maintenance or parts change, we will be on site within 24 hours to diagnose. If a higher level technician is required, we will endeavour to book this within in that 24 hour time frame.
Is there any cost to our club?
None at all. We effectively make an investment into your club, adding value and service to the mix. While we pay rebates on sales, we do not charge clubs for anything we do or provide.
